Introducing:  Pickleball Round Robin Social Fundraiser

Register Here
Calling all pickleball players for a Round Robin Pickleball Social with proceeds 100% benefitting Coupeville Schools Foundation.  The Foundation provides enrichment grants for teachers, scholarships for students, and the Promise Fund, supporting equity in education

What:
Join us on October 19th for a fun afternoon of Pickleball at the Coupeville Middle/High School Gym.
This is a social, a fundraiser, and a chance to get a little exercise while benefitting a great non-profit organization!  This is our first year organizing so we are limiting entries to ensure we all have a good time.

Categories:
This is a social - all abilities are welcome.  We want everyone to have fun
One of the gyms will have folks that consider themselves Beginners or Novice.  The other gyms is for folks that think they are a bit Better or Just Ok!   We are limiting each category to 24 players (12 teams)

Picture
Format
Round Robin Format with 3-5 games guaranteed depending on how many people show up
Standard Pickleball Scoring to 11, Win by Two.  Pickleball Scoring Rules: How To Keep Score | Pickleball Union
* In order to keep the Social Round Robin going, we may need to provide a time limit for a game.
Final Playoff Game for top two teams from the Beginner / Novice as well as the Better/OK teams.
There are no line judges - we know all the local have much honor and grace

Where & When:
Saturday October 19, 2024 at the Coupeville Middle High School Gym

1st Matches begin at 11 am - We are estimating the round robin matches will average about 15 minutes and the final matches will conclude before 5 pm

We will be selling lunch, snacks, and drinks - all of the proceeds adding to the fundraising.  So please come with an appetite and feel good about helping out our schools!

What do you Bring:
Please bring your own pickleball racquets.  We will have a few extra to borrow, just in case.  When you sign up, let us know if you will need to borrow a raquet

We will have pickleballs to use for the matches - they will need to be turned back in after each match for the next players to use!
