Without Further Ado:  Spring Smash Pickleball FUNdraiser

Calling all pickleball players for the 2026 Spring Smash Pickleball FUNdraiser with proceeds 100% benefitting Coupeville Schools Foundation.  The Foundation provides enrichment grants for teachers, scholarships for students, and the Promise Fund

What:
Join us on Saturday May 16th for a fun afternoon of Pickleball at the Coupeville Middle/High School Gym.  
This is a social, a fundraiser, and a chance to get a little exercise while benefitting a great non-profit organization!  

Categories: 
This is a social - all abilities are welcome.  We want everyone to have fun.
On sign up, input your experience level and we will develop the round robin brackets accordingly.
We are limiting sign-ups to 48 players - 24 teams

Format
Round Robin Format with ~5 games guaranteed.
Standard Pickleball Scoring to 11, Win by Two.  Pickleball Scoring Rules: How To Keep Score | Pickleball Union
* In order to keep the Social Round Robin going, we provide time limits for each game.

​We will have a playoff for the winners of each bracket.
There are no line judges - we know all the locals have much honor and grace

Where & When:
Saturday May 16th, 2026 at the Coupeville Middle High School Gym
Doors Open at 10:30 am for check in and warm up!  
1st Matches begin at 11:15 am - We are estimating the round robin matches will average about 15 minutes and the final matches will conclude at about 4:30 pm

Lunch & Snacks:
Smashburgers will be back!!!
We will be selling lunch, snacks, and drinks - all of the proceeds adding to the fundraising.  So please come with an appetite and feel good about helping out our schools!

What do you Bring:
Please bring your own pickleball racquets.  We will have a few extra to borrow, just in case. 
All shoes must be "non-marring" to protect the gym floors.
We will have pickle balls to use for the matches - they will need to be turned back in after each match for the next players to use!

There have been so many requests for T-Shirts over the years, we are listening! Whether or not you are playing, you can order super soft T-Shirt(s) for just $25. You have never looked so good!

Raffles and Fundraiser
Please consider donating in addition to your Registration today.  Coupeville Schools Foundation raises $40,000 a year through events like these that directly benefit our students and schools.  Check out the website!
Raffle tickets can be purchased day of the event for amazing items including
  • A pickleball themed basket including an Onix Malice 14 Paddle ! (valued at $250)
  • A very large bouquet of flowers (valued at $200)
  • A pickleball quilted door/wall hanging with extra gifts (valued at ~$150)
