This project allows elementary students to study art and craft as seen through the lens of Whidbey Island and Coupeville history. 

Beginning in January, following a timeline of Coupeville human habitation, students will learn about and participate in  any projects, to include Native American crafts, pioneer style toys and needlepoint, wool felting, local bird watching with the Audobon Society, and glass making.  These projects will culminate in a community art show in May.
