This grant will provide money to purchase materials for food preparation and craft activities in the Life Skills program at the Coupeville Middle/High Schools. 

Cooking projects will incorporate math through counting and measuring, reading and following recipes, and self-care skills by teaching the 'real world' skill of competency in the kitchen so that students can gain independence and self-esteem.
