This third grade field trip supports the life sciences study of ecosystems.  The visit to the Padilla Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve near Bayview provides students with an experience at a research facility giving them access to professionals in science working on projects that have a direct connection to the curriculum.

The visit includes a classroom instruction session as well as a tour of the facility.
